Return & Refund Policy
Perfumes are non – returnable products.

Returns / replacement will be only accepted for product received are damaged/ defective.

Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.

The customer will be liable for the shipping cost involved when returning the product.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.

Returns should be carefully packed by the customer to avoid transit damage, incase we receive any damaged product in return we may destroy the product upon arrival, and no refund shall be given upon such cases.

Return request are to be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

Please write your Order number, Full name, Email and Phone number on the return parcel.
